A) Delivery - Buying 

1.      You must settle the payment before you can check the product  quality. You can cancel the order while you are not  satisfied  with  the  product, but no negotiation due to that.

2.   Please check the product while it is delivered. Once confirmed, no refund or return.  

(Delivery sites are limited to the stations within the MTR Kwun Tong Line. If you need to pick up the delivery in West Rail, East Rail Lines or else, we may charge an additional fee. )

B) Delivery - Loaning

1.      You must settle the payment before checking the product quality. You  can cancel the order if you are not satisfied with the product, but no  negotiation about discounting the loaning fee.

2.      Please check the product while it is delivered. If there is any  problems,  please write it down on the loaning slip, or else you may  need to pay for the repairing fee for any damage found on the product. If it is seriously damaged, the owner has the right not to accept the product that returned from the borrowers. The residual payment would be taken as indemnity of the damage.

3.     Generally, the loaning period would be 4 days only, including the  dates that the borrowers obtain and return the product. Late return would be charged an extra fee.

4.     Returning with the original packing. Or else the borrower would be  charged HK$100 for each product.

C) No Postal Delivery
         As the products are heavy and fragile, we would not accept the postal   delivery request. We apologize for any inconvenient caused.
